The only Chocolate to win a National Championship Retrieving Trial !
And the first Labrador to gain the coveted National & Grand Retrieving Trial Champion title
He was a wonderful companion to Trial or Hunt with
Achievements:
Swampy won his first Novice at 11mths and gained his Novice Retrieving Title at 13mths
He won his first All Age Trial at 21mths Giving him his Restricted Retrieving Trial Title
In august 2003 he came 3rd at the SA State Championship at 2yrs
He became a Retrieving Trial Champion at the Golden Retriever Club Trial Feb 2004 2.5 yrs old
In 2004 Swampy at the age of 3yrs won the Queensland State and the New South Wales State Championships
And in 2005 he won the National Retrieving Trial Championship in NSW Giving him the Title of National RT. CH. He was 4yrs old
That same year he came 3rd in the WA State Championship and the Victorian State Championship and in
2006 he won the SA State Championship and came second to his litter Sister NTL RT CH Beereegan Gunbower DM (Kita) at the National Championship held in WA
Swampy became a Grand Champion in 2007 after gaining 120 retrieving points he was 5yrs and 10mths, in 2011 he had gained enough points to make him a Dual Grand Champion
At the Labrador Retriever Club trial in April 2008 Swampy was awarded a Certificate Of Merit by Judge Jeff Patrick for his outstanding Work
He won the Tasmanian State Championship in 2009
In 2011 he came 5th in the National Championship in NSW and 4th in the Victorian State Championship at 10 years of age
We Retired Swampy at the end of 2011

Swampy was acknowledged in the Labrador Retriever Club of South Australia
